Booking Policies & Cancellation
We would encourage booking to guarantee a table. All bookings carry a 24-hour cancellation period. A £15 per head cancellation fee will be taken if you cancel within 24-hours of your booking or if your party does not show up.
Default time slots
All table bookings are available for 3 hour slots. Extensions will be at the discretion of our bookings team, depending on availability. If you would like to enquire about extending your booking, please email hello@loftspitalfields.co.uk Thank you!

If you are looking for a tailor-made booking or have specific questions about anything at our venue, please call or email hello@loftspitalfields.co.uk . We’ll do our very best to accommodate all of your requirements.
Running Late?
If you are going to be late then please notify us as soon as possible via our Instagram (@theloftspitalfields) or email us. Unfortunately we can only otherwise hold your reservation for 15 minutes.
